I have working out since I was in my teens. I have devoted my time and energy to learning and practicing a Healthy, Fit Lifestyle. I have been a Personal Trainer for almost 25 years.

My Training Philosophy :

I incorperate a Hybrid type appraoch to maximize the time spent at the gym. Within each session, we will focus on Weight Training, Cardio, Core Work, and Nutrition. Weights and Intensity will be adjusted for each clients fitness level and ability.
